Pick: Flora to win Cup Result: 1-0 Stake: 7/10 Odds: 2.20 Bookmaker: BWin vCash: Yes
Posted: May 17, 2006, 10:57
Im back after long time to make this single pick,if I will have time maybe will post also in future.
This is Estonian Cup final, game will be played on TVMK home stadium but it will not give any advantage for them as surely there will be more Flora fans on stadium.
TVMK is been disaster lately, before 0-2 loss to Levadia they managed to loose half-amateur team Pärnu Vaprus 0-1.
Pressure is high on players and some conflicts inside the team already.
Flora is getting better with each round and they are at least equal on strength with TVMK. It will be close game surely, but I think Flora is just on better condition at the moment and they having good chances to win Cup.
Take Flora to win the Cup @2.20 BAW 7/10.

Torpedo is been poor so far but its time for them to collect first win here tonite. Amkar arrived in Moscow only 11PM last night due problems with weather, so preparation for game is very short. Torpedo have more quality in squad surely, take Torpedo with medium+ stakes.

Grazy odds here, I dont think it will be turbo shootfest.
Phoenix can reach 100 easily, but Seattle at moment form... I really doubt. Take Under 225,5.

Pick: Levadia Result: 4-1 Stake: 9/10 Odds: 1.70 Bookmaker: Expekt vCash: Yes
Posted: Mar 12, 2006, 01:03
Levadia signed some very good players after last season, team is with out the doubt main candidate for gold medals this season. They signed Modestas Stonys(Lithuania), Sergei Lepmets(Tartu Maag), Marek Lemsalu(returned from Norway),Darius Regelskis(Lithuania), Maksim Smirnov, Deniss Malov(both TVMK).
Flora havent improved from last year, very average team mostly from youngsters. No big signings for them, 3 important players left: Kristen Viikm?¤e(Gefle,Swe), Kert Haavistu(TVMK), Alfred Berge(returned to Norway).
Expect offering 1.70 for Levadia and this is odd to take. Levadia will surely dominate in midfield and I dont think Flora having any big chances here. Pitch is tough but I think Levadia will take advantage here. Take Levadia @ 1.70 9/10.

Pick: JK Maag Result: 6-0 Stake: 9/10 Odds: 1.65 Bookmaker: BWin vCash: Yes
Posted: Mar 12, 2006, 00:53
JK Maag - Valga Warrior
Maag(ex-Merkuur) is having 3 players suspended for this game, also main goalie is out due armie serveces, but I dont expekt any attack from visitors. They have in rooster only 14 players for this game so no many substitutions will be available.
Warrior from Valga is totally new team, all youngsters who didnt fit in Flora and Viljandi.
Who are these guys? No slightest idea, in my opinion sure team to get relegated.
BAW offering for Maag 1.65, in my opinion surely overpriced. Maag is still team with very good and experienced players, Valga youngsters are far behind.
Take Maag 9/10@ 1.65 in BAW.
PS! This is game from Estonian soccer league!!!

Pick: Inter -0.5 Result: 2-6 Stake: 7/10 Odds: 1.93 Bookmaker: 10bet vCash: Yes
Posted: Mar 03, 2006, 12:11
Game from Finnish League Cup.
Jaro is surely one of weakest sides this season in League, team rooster is quite poor. Inter is class better side surely, they havent scored lately much, but tonite I expecting them to overplay weak Jaro. Game will be played outside on artificial grass.

Pick: Cyprus Result: 2-0 Stake: 6/10 Odds: 1.70 Bookmaker: BWin vCash: Yes
Posted: Mar 01, 2006, 14:23
Cyprus lost very undeservely to Slovenia yesterday while Armenia was clearly weaker than Romania.
Cyprus team having 7 players from Greece league in squad; M.Constantinou and G.Okkas(Olympiakos Pireos), C.Charalambides(Panathinaikos), I.Charalambous, G.Giasemakis(PAOK Salonica),
S.Aloneftis(Larissa) and A.Garpozis(Skoda Xanthi), all others coming from local league.
Due the fact that Cypriots are hosts in this game and their players quality is surely better than Armenians, I suggest to pick Cyprus, 1.70 in BAW 6/10

Pick: Finland Result: 2-2 Stake: 4/10 Odds: 2.20 Bookmaker: BWin vCash: Yes
Posted: Mar 01, 2006, 14:20
Finland - Belarus
Finland fielded yesterday second squad against poor Kazakhstan and despite 4-5 good chances managed to lost this game in penalty shootout. According to news, Finland will field they best squad tonite, maestro Litmanen will play his 101th game for national team and he will become player with most games in national team.
Belarus lost deservely to Greece, in last minute striker V.Hleb got red card and will probably miss tonite`s game. Now then 3 best forwards are out for Belarus(also Kutuzov and Romachenko)it will be hard for coach Puntus to find acceptable replacement.
Surely yesterday`s game was pretty hard for Belarus, players havent recovered yet. Finland will field absolutely new squad and they must be much more fresh. In my opinion Finland @2.20 worth to try 4/10, under looks also nice choice.

Mart Poom (03.02.1972) - Arsenal FC (ENG) 102/-

Aleksandr Dmitrijev (18.02.1982) - FC Levadia Tallinn 7/-

Taavi R?¤hn (16.05.1981) - FC Vol?µn Lutsk (UKR) 27/-
Andrei Sidorenkov (12.02.1984) - FC Flora Tallinn 1/-
Forwards:
Jarmo Ahjupera (13.04.1984) - FC Flora Tallinn 2/-
J??rgen Kuresoo (11.02.1987) - FC Flora Tallinn 1/-
Tarmo Neemelo (10.02.1982) - FC TVMK Tallinn 7/-
Andres Oper (07.11.1977) - Roda J.C. (NED) 98/30
Ingemar Teever (24.02.1983) - ?–sters IF (SWE) 19/4
Striker Viikm?¤e (Gefle,SWE) got injured some days ago and will miss this game, also Erko Saviauk(TVMK, EST), Sergei Terehhov(Shinnik,RUS), Dmitri Kruglov(Lokomotiv Moscow,RUS), Liivo Leetma(KooTeePee, FIN), Ragnar Klavan(Heracles Almelo, HOL), Maksim Smirnov(Levadia Talinn, EST) and Aivar Anniste(H?¶nefoss, NOR) all out due injuries.
Estonia and N.Ireland played 2 years ago friendly in Tallinn and then N.Ireland won 1-0, goal was scored by Healey who is in squad also tonight.
What to expekt from this game? Surely it will be far from entertaining game as both teams are playing from defense. Poom will probably start in Estonia goal, defensive line is on quite solid level.
Weakest link for Estonia is surely midfield, all player are capable for 90min of destructive work but I cant see anyone who can create something. Striker Oper is not in best shape lately, he is always good in home games in Tallinn, away games are for some reasons are always hard for him(by latest news he will not play tonite).
Hard to guess who will be second striker along with Oper, Neemelo far from last year`s great form and Teever is big question mark.
Northern Ireland will count probably on high balls in goal area, but Poom is used to English style and I dont think he will be in trouble. Midfield will be probably under control of host , but it will be hard to break through well-organized Estonian defence.
Final verdict: Tough and close game is expekted with very few chances probably for both, Pinnacle offer +0.5 @1.68 on Estonia looks worth to take with medium as I dont think Estonia will loose it.

Injury list TPS:
LEHTINEN Mika D ** INJURED long-term
AALTO Antti C *** INJURED rest of the season
Injury list HPK:
NIELIK?„INEN Pasi F * SUSPENDED
SPRUKTS Janis F *** INJURED 1-3 weeks
LOIKAS Juha-Pekka C * INJURED 1-3 weeks
HASSINEN Jani F ** INJURED long-term
Sm-Liiga is back after winter olympics and TPS immideatily facing win-or-die game. TPS will have defender Marko Kiprusoff back after injury and this is surely big boost for them, from HPK forward Mikko Jokela making also comeback after injury. TPS is desperate at the moment, only 8 games remaining and its them or mighty Jokerit who will miss play-offs. Jokerit will meet HIFK tonite in local derby in Helsinki, but in next round Jokerit and TPS will face eachother. HPK dont need any extra points, they already qualified for playoffs and some downtrend already was seen in last two games which they lost to Ilves and ?„ss?¤t.
Defensively TPS is on same level with HPK, only lack of sharp strikers is keeping them only on 11th place.
Due very big motivation I think TPS is capable to take vital win here in Turku tonite, HPK maybe in minds already in next game vs HIFK.
My verdict: Take TPS ML @1.88 in Unibet 7/10.

Pick: Ukraine HT/FT Result: 0-0 Stake: 7/10 Odds: 2.00 Bookmaker: Centrebet vCash: Yes
Posted: Feb 28, 2006, 12:47
Friendly will be played in Baku,Azerbaijan.
Ukraine rooster:
Goalkeepers:
Shust (Shaktar,UKR), Kernozenko (Dnipro,UKR).
Defense:
Vashcuk, Fedorov, Nesmachnyi (all Dynamo Kiev,UKR), Sviderskyi (Arsenal Kiev,UKR), Rusol, Eserskyi (both Dnipro,UKR)
Midfield:
Gusev, Rotan (both Dynamo Kiev,UKR), Timoschuk (Shaktar,UKR), Kalinitchenko (Spartak Moscow,RUS), Gusin (Kryliya Sovetov,RUS), Kucher (Metallist Kharkov,UKR), Shelaev, Nazarenko (both Dnipro,UKR).
Forwards:
Rebrov (Dynamo Kiev,UKR), Belik, Vorobei (both Shaktar,UKR), Voronin (Bayer, GER), Shevchenko (Milan, ITA), Serebrennikov (Charleroi,BEL).
Azerbaijan rooster:
Goalkeepers: Veliev (Inter Baku,AZE), Yusifov (Khazar,AZE).
Defenders: Sadygov (Neftchi,AZE), Gadziev (Neftchi,AZE), Abbasov (Neftchi,AZE), Sokolov (Karabach,AZE), Mamedov (Karabach), Guliev (Baku,AZE).
Midfield: Sultanov, Imamaliev, Ramazan-Abbasov (all Baku,AZE), Nuriev, Bahshiev (both Inter Baku,AZE), Abdullaev (Khazar,AZE), Magerramov(Karvan,AZE), Kerimov (Karabach,AZE).
Forwards: Nadyrov (Khazar,AZE), Gurbanov (Khazar,AZE), Nabiev (Neftchi,AZE), Mamedov (Inter Baku,AZE).
Ukraine is surely clearly better side here, but odds are not very good. Baku isnt easiest place to play in the world, local fans are noisy and its long way to travel there. But if to look at Azerbaijan rooster then we see that all national team is from local league players which is very poor league.
Ukraine will have star forwards Sheva and Voronin in squad and I really dont think how Azerbaijan defence will handle them. Ukraine will take this game surely seriously as its important preparation game for WC in Germany. I think best choice here is to try away win at least with two goals, but bookies are dont offering hc in this game. I will go for Ukraina HT/FT @2.00 in Centre 7/10.
